Terms and Condition (Licenses)

Delivery : Immediate/Online/Soft License.

Taxes : GST tax as applicable.

Other : Training/Data Transfer if any will be charged extra.

Support : 30 days telephonic support will be given from the date of installation/activation only.

Future Support: Buy the Annual Support Cover which will cover Support on Standard Tally. ERP
9 software with all default features.

Validity : 3 days from the date of proposal or till stock last whichever is earlier.

Updates : As per policies of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

TSS : Includes 1 Year Tally Software Services. However renewal of Tally.Net subscription is
optional, after 1 year the cost will be as per applicable rates.

TDL Migration
Migration:

The existing customization if any can be migrated to upgraded Tally version at additional cost.

Outstation Visits
Visits: Each day spend for out of Mumbai will be charged @ Rs. 9,000/. And each
day spend during traveling will be Charged @ Rs. 2,700/- except out of India.

Non TDS Deduction

Deduction: Pursuant to CBDT notification No 21/2012/F. No. 142/10/2012-SO(TPL)
dated 13.06.2012, as per which we hereby declare this transaction is software acquired in a
subsequent transfer and is further transferred without any modification and tax has been
deducted at source under section 194 J on payment for the previous transfer of such software.
