Terms & Conditions


1. Proposal Validity: This proposal is valid for 10 days.
2. Payment Terms:
a. Any Onetime Fee is payable upfront, and all Monthly Fee are payable

3. Currency: All above amounts are in INR and exclude any taxes, if applicable.
4. Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months, then 1 month’s cancellation period.
5. Delivery and Installation: TELCOSCLOUD will start the implementation within 3
working days, after the initial invoice has been paid.
6. Documentation required for customer KYC:

7. Taxes & Government Levies: TELCOSCLOUD’s fees quoted above, is exclusive
of all taxes (including, but not limited to, sales, use, excise, value-added,
business, service, goods and services, consumption, withholding and other
similar taxes or duties as applicable according to Customer’s local law).
8. Support Terms: TELCOSCLOUD provides "Continuous Development and Update"
model and hence Level 3 Remote Product Support and Product Upgrades in the
Cloud model are offered at no extra cost till such time this product is in use
and being paid for by the customer.
9. Responsibility Matrix: Division of Responsibilities between TELCOSCLOUD and
Customer shall be governed by the "SLA Matrix" as shared by TELCOSCLOUD.
10. Terms of Engagement & Software License: The use of TELCOSCLOUD products
is governed by the terms and conditions described in the document "
TELCOSCLOUD Terms of Engagement & Software License Purchase".
11. Non-Disclosure: Neither TELCOSCLOUD nor the Customer shall disclose the
contents of this Purchase Agreement unless TelcosCloud and the Customer
mutually agree in writing to the same.
12. Business Hours: Customer Service will be provided 24 x 6, Monday-Saturday
