II. SYSTEM MAINTENANCE INCLUSIONS

 Preventive software maintenance services help in preventing the system from any upcoming
vulnerability.
 Adaptive modifications in system to keep it compatible with changing business and technical
environment.
 Optimization and fine tuning of all elements, functionalities and abilities to improve system
operations and operational integrity.
 Corrective software maintenance for detecting errors on the existing solution and correcting them
to make it work more efficiently.

IV. TERMS and CONDITION

a. Prices quoted are in Philippine Peso, exclusive of VAT.

b. Price Validity: Price valid for thirty (30) days from the date of proposal.
c. Development for system modification/customization will start only upon initial payment.
d. Payment Terms:
i. CAPEX: 50% down payment upon acceptance of the proposal, 50% balance upon
UAT (User Acceptance Test) .
e. System Maintenance: 20% of the Capex Package.
f. System Maintenance payment will start 30 Days after UAT.
g. Proposed System Delivery: 7 Days upon signing of contract based on agreed implementation
plan.
h. Cancellation of order after the issuance of purchase order shall be 30% of the contract
value.
i. Acceptance of this proposal shall serve as our Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed.
