SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH ONLINE ONLY/-
NB:
1. 15% VAT will be added to the total amount by the time of invoicing.

2. * Tally.Net Subscription is for one year, thereafter to use the privileges of Tally.Net
like remote user, Tally users have to renew the license. (For Single user SAR 750 and
for Multi User 1750.)

3. Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Period : 7 Days from date of PO and Advance Payment

Validity : 10 days from date of quotation.

Payment Terms : 100% in Advance.
AMC Terms : In absence of AMC, service charge will be applicable as per the
issue on visit after implementation.
Customization : Additional Customizations will be charged as per user

2GHz Processor, 8GB of RAM, Windows 7 Professional or Higher, 64-Bit OS, 100
GB of Disk Space for Installation, an Additional 20GB is required for a Network server
installation
