1) The introduction is comprehensive and robust but an
introduction of the local dealer as well might make the
report more insightful

2) Distribution channel doesnt explain clearly as to how the


product reaches the local store from the manufacturing
point.

3) Although the research regarding the distribution system is


detailed, there is no personal account to it. Recent delivery
updates or inventory details could be collected

4) The distribution system explained does not include the


salesperson (store) details and targets if any

5) Sales could also be analyzed on the basis of sales force


structure and skills and compensation systems if available

6) These companies also deal with merchandise and


accessories of which the sourcing isnt researched on.
Research regarding the sourcing, price range and margins
regarding accessories might make the report insightful as
the part of the business also contributes a lot to their
revenues.

7) Playing grounds of competitor chosen in the domains such


as quality, price & target customer might be distant from
that of Harley.

8) Recommendation does not talk about how your observation


led to suggesting new practices for improvement. It is
rather mentioned what they may do in future. Merits and
Demerits of what they are proposing to do could have been
included.
