Dear Mayor Gomez,

I am writing to express my interest in the vacant regular position in

the Market Division as Administrative Aide I, which has been unfilled for
quite some time now.

My name is Ma. Lanie P. Geneston, 47 years old and a resident of

Brgy. Can-adieng, Ormoc City. I graduated last school year (SY) 1990-1991,
in Saint Peters College of Ormoc City with a degree of Bachelor of Science in
Commerce.

Currently, I am working in the City Treasurers Office under the Land

Tax Division as casual/plantilla. My scope of work include the computation of
real property taxes, keeping the safety of the real property records and to
keep safe the delivered real property notices.

Previous to my employment in LGU Ormoc, I have been connected

with a private financing institution where I gained experience in handling
financial and monetary matters which could be a very important qualification
in the regular position I am seeking for.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all

departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as
well as cross-team. I can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
as the Market Division would probably require.

In this regard, with your capacity as the head of the Personnel

Selection Board, I am appealing to you to please consider me for the
position.
