administration officer with Bendix Enterprises limited and quite certain that my educational
background and experience enables me to handle and carefully manage the tasks of the above
post. I am a graduate from Kenya Methodist University with bachelor of Business Administration
(BBA) with (Second Class Upper Division). I also hold a diploma in Project Management from
the same University, and an advanced diploma in purchasing from Chartered Institute of
Purchasing & Supply, CIPS-UK. I am also a Master of Science finalist in procurement &
Logistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT) Kenya.

A review of my work experience with various Organizations including Save the Children as a
Procurement officer confirms my ability to perform virtually all managerial functions related to
Procurement, administration and Supply including purchasing, inventory control, and managing
relationships with suppliers, peers, executives and other support staff.. I am a conscientious and
detail oriented employee who delivers quality and professionalism in every project or challenge. I
am equally competent in multi-tasking, tendering, preparing & processing supplier requisitions &
payments, local transport and freight, staff management and periodical reports among other
duties.

Additionally, my various positions at Medical Emergency Relief International, ACF-

International, etc. has enhanced my managerial and administrative skills and given me the ability
to coordinate and supervise operations, develop strategies and implement the same, service
delivery, project and team management, planning, preparation, review and control, and monitor
operations. I have experience working with major donors such, USAID, DFID, ECHO, UNHCR,
CRS, UNICEF, among others. The above mentioned expertise that I will bring in your
organization will enable us to achieve the best value for money spent throughout the supply chain
management.
