I am writing this reference at the request of Lydia Strickland, who is completing the Information
Management Business Completer at Nitro High School. I have known Lydia for one year in my
capacity as a teacher at Nitro High School. Lydia took Digital Imaging II from me and earned
superior grades in that class. Based on Lydias grades, attendance, and class participation, Id rate
her academic performance in my class as exceptional.

Lydia has a number of strengths to offer an employer. She is always interested in helping others.
For example, she participated in many class projects and was always a team player. Lydia is also a
very fast learner. She has produced many excellent stories after just one practice story.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Lydia Strickland. If her performance in my class is any
indication of how shed perform in the available position, Lydia will be an extremely positive
