TITLE : SECURITY OPERATING PROCEDURES

LOCATION : BUSAN Court

1. BEAR Security as security service provider to Glenmarie Court will ensure the safety
and security of the people and properties within Glenmarie Court within the confines of service
contract that has been agreed by both parties. In respect of that the following procedures shall
be effectively enforced by Group 4 security personnel on a 2 x 12 hrs shift basis ( Day Shift
0700 hr 1900 hr and Night Shift 1900 hr 0700hr).

1.1 Main Entrance Security Responsibilities

Only properly screened and authorized people and vehicles in accordance with laid down
procedures are allowed entry into and exit from Glenmarie Court. Conduct clocking and
patrolling (mobile, foot and dog) to ensure Glenmarie Court is safe and secure from external
and internal threats.

1.2 Daily Responsibilities of Security Personnel at Glenmarie Court:

1.21 To screen all vehicles and people entering and exiting Glenmarie Court and issue
appropriate passes to conduct their business.
1.22 To ensure only authorised personnel are in the guard house. No unauthorised personnel
is allowed including those who are off duty.
1.23 To ensure all Contractors/Suppliers/Vendors entering into Glenmarie court for authorized
business are registered and personal identification document handed over to the guard
house and appropriate passes issued.
1.24 To keep a record of all visitors vehicles entering/leaving the premises.
1.25 To direct visitors to the appropriate location as an when necessary.
1.26 To keep a record of all residents vehicles using the visitor lane for entry.
1.27 To issue a special visitor pass to residents guest/s whose arrival has been pre-advised
and maintain record of such vehicles.
28 To ensure no belongings/property of the residents are taken out without their written
approval / consent and this has to be recorded in the log book and filed.
1.29 To check on all contractors and their workers and issue appropriate passes before
allowing them to enter the premises for any construction job.
