IV – SAFETY & SECURITY MEASURE
8. Administration office published a memorandum or Circular for all TENANTS (offices &
Commercial) to unplug all unnecessary appliances and coordinate with the Engineering Department
for their Water Supply(if available) to be shut off before close or leaving the unit premises.
9. Housekeeping personnel to exercise safety practice for proper storage of combustible & flammable
materials.
10. Engineering personnel for round the clock roving duty 24/7, timely checking of the building
equipment, to assist Safety & Security personnel in case of emergency.
11. Security personnel to be more vigilance to preempting incidents, unruly & Lawless elements.
OFFICER-IN-CHARGE & SHIFT-IN-CHARGE
11.1 Provide Command & control over Security / house officer.
11.2 Command and ensuring the safety and security of the building and strict compliance and
implementation of the House Rules and other existing policies and procedures of the
building.
11.3 Report and make report any incident and unusual occurrences of the building premises.
ROVING GUARD’S
11.4 Conducted timely roving inspection to determine and prevent any unusual occurrences in
the building premises.
11.5 Conduct thorough floor-to-floor inspection to ensure that all equipment rooms
are always closed & locked.
11.6 Ensure that Hall ways, Fire exit are free from any obstructions.
11.7 Ensure that unnecessary lights are all switched off
11.8 Ensure that no fit out works to be done inside the unit and or in the common area.
11.9 Ensure that all vehicles in the parking areas are secured.
11.10 To determine and eliminate fire hazard and unsafe condition of the building premises.
11.11 To report any unusual occurrences of the areas of responsibilities.
LOBBY GUARD’S
11.12 Prevent entry of unauthorized person.
11.13 Strictly enforce the NO ID, NO ENTRY policy shall be strictly adhered to. All Visitors,
agents and other personnel not classified as part of the regular employees of the lessee
will be required to log-in present and leave a valid identification with exchange visitors
pass ID.

personnel
