Respectfully submitted hereunder the Contingency plan for the long weekend “HOLY WEEK” on this
coming April 14- 17, 2022 as stated;

7. Safety Inspections – to ensure that all fire fighting equipments are working & operational.
7.1 Fire Protection System

7.1.3 Automatic wet Sprinkler System
7.1.4 Automatic fire suppression system
7.1.5 Water spray system
7.1.6 Water supply system
7.2 Flammable / Combustible materials storage
7.3 Electrical installation
7.4 Fire & Accident Hazard.
IV – SAFETY & SECURITY MEASURE
8. Administration office published a memorandum or Circular for all TENANTS (offices &
Commercial) to unplug all unnecessary appliances and coordinate with the Engineering Department
for their Water Supply(if available) to be shut off before close or leaving the unit premises.
9. Housekeeping personnel to exercise safety practice for proper storage of combustible & flammable
materials.
10. Engineering personnel for round the clock roving duty 24/7, timely checking of the building
equipment, to assist Safety & Security personnel in case of emergency.
11. Security personnel to be more vigilance to preempting incidents, unruly & Lawless elements.
 OFFICER-IN-CHARGE & SHIFT-IN-CHARGE
11.1 Provide Command & control over Security / house officer.
11.2 Command and ensuring the safety and security of the building and strict compliance and
implementation of the House Rules and other existing policies and procedures of the
building.
11.3 Report and make report any incident and unusual occurrences of the building premises.
 ROVING GUARD’S
11.4 Conducted timely roving inspection to determine and prevent any unusual occurrences in
the building premises.
11.5 Conduct thorough floor-to-floor inspection to ensure that all equipment rooms
are always closed & locked.
11.6 Ensure that Hall ways, Fire exit are free from any obstructions.
11.7 Ensure that unnecessary lights are all switched off
11.8 Ensure that no fit out works to be done inside the unit and or in the common area.
11.9 Ensure that all vehicles in the parking areas are secured.
11.10 To determine and eliminate fire hazard and unsafe condition of the building premises.
11.11 To report any unusual occurrences of the areas of responsibilities.

 LOBBY GUARD’S
11.12 Prevent entry of unauthorized person.
11.13 Strictly enforce the NO ID, NO ENTRY policy shall be strictly adhered to. All Visitors,
agents and other personnel not classified as part of the regular employees of the lessee
will be required to log-in present and leave a valid identification with exchange visitors
pass ID.

11.14 Screen thoroughly all incoming tenant’s employees, visitors and any authorized
personnel
11.15 Ask politely the name and person to see and what purpose.
11.16 Closely coordinated and verified to any tenants of all incoming visitors.
11.17 If the visitors are allowed coming in, ask to have register in the visitors log sheet.
11.18 To report any unusual occurrence of the post area.

 VEHICLE ENTRANCE & EXIT / EMPLOYEES ENTRANCE GUARD’S


11.19 Regulate and control the entry/exit of all vehicles by implementing the Vehicle sticker
system and enforcing parking rules and regulations of the building.
11.20 Conducts visual checking to all incoming and outgoing vehicles to prevent from
Hijacking and any related activities.
11.21 Properly recording of incoming and outgoing vehicles and any other access the area.
11.22 Disallow entry of contractors to perform, repairs, or maintenance works.
11.23 Disallow entry of unauthorized person.
11.26 Strictly enforce the no pull-out policy in holidays & Sundays.
11.27 Strictly enforce the ONE ENTRY ONE EXIT POLICY
11.28 To report any unusual occurrence of the post area.

> CCTV OPERATOR’S


11.29 Records and or back-up of all unusual occurrences
11.30 Reports any unusual observations to the roving guards & Officer-In-Charge /
Shift-In-Charge for immediate action, verification, & proper dispositions
11.31 Enforce on time radio modulation and or radio monitoring especially in nightshift on duty
Security personnel and report to respective Officer on duty the status of the building
Safety and Security operation.
11.31 Immediately and properly report any unusual incident to be observed.
