    I am pleased and proud to recommend Timothy Vue for any scholarship available to
    him at this point. Timothy is bright, honest, intelligent, energetic, and genuinely well
    rounded individual.

    Timothy exhibits strong leadership qualities. Timothy came to El Capitan High


    School to broaden him future outlook and take advantage of the diversified
    technology system at El Capitan. El Capitan High School strives to immerse
    individuals into a technology rich environment. It was here, that Timothys growth
    began evident and his maturity level jumped exponentially.

    It is clear to me as I hope it is to you that this young man, Timothy Vue, is an


    exceptional candidate for any scholarship. He is one that would contribute
    significantly to any institution or organization. I enthusiastically recommend him
