Your Task: Part 2

Write an essay:
1. In which you argue whether the character you selected agrees or disagrees with the
statement you selected. Support this argument using an example from the text.
(Hint: look to your table you used to take notes).
2. Then, compare your characters experience with your own life experiences. Do you
agree or disagree with the statement you selected? Why? Select one event from your
life that illustrates whether you agree or disagree with the statement you selected.

This essay must be 4 paragraphs and consist of an introduction, 2 body paragraphs, and a
conclusion.

Essays may be typed and turned in on Google Classroom or handwritten. If essays are
typed, please use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1 inch margins. If you choose to
handwrite, please make sure your handwriting is readable!
