Voice 1: What are you chopping there?

Voice 2: Oh, some vegetables for Jimmy to snack on!

Voice 1: Wait, so youre telling me he snacks on vegetables?!

Voice 2: Yeah, he loves them!

Voice 1: How did you even get him to try them?

Voice 2: Well, February is American Heart Month, so Ive been teaching him

that eating healthy and exercising will make him grow up strong.
Voice 1: Wow, I should start encouraging my kids to be healthier.

Voice 2: Oh, you wont regret it. (pause/talks louder) Jimmy, youre healthy

snacks are ready!

(SFX2)

Voice 2: Ninety-two percent of kids and teens have poor diets, and more and

more twelve to fifteen year olds have arteries similar to that of a forty

five year old. Change that during this American Heart Month by

encouraging them to improve their eating and exercising habits. Visit
