Who am I targeting ?

How will I target them?

Age 15-40 When a film is being realised marketing will

have a huge impact not only getting the film
out there but also attracts the target audience.
If there were to be a trailer it would have to be
fast paced, high horror intensity music to
Gender- mainly Males create the build-up throughout the trailer,
horror settings and quick shots of the serial
killers actions, and Amy running through the
forest. The trailer will also need to include
police sirens and all the different houses.

People who enjoy horror films
People who enjoy films like; Hush, the
conjuring etc.
Posters- these can be on bus stops on
billboards etc. It will need to contain the road
in particular with the serial killer shadowed in
the background.
The film opening will contain a build up of
suspension with diegetic sounds of sirens and
helicopters when Amy is running through the
forest, then leading to the murder in the house
when the electricity goes. This high intensity
build-up of suspense should attract my viewers
as they will want to know whats going to occur
