Introduction to INTTAEDEL401A
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to plan,
organise and deliver training for individuals within a group.
This unit typically applies to a person working as an entry-level trainer, teacher or facilitator
in or with a training and assessment organisation. The person will be working from a learning
program developed by someone else, and structuring the learning around that program.
