TECHNICAL DATA AND PERFORMANCE

a) The concrete reclaimer has a recycling capacity of handling (separation
and washing) up to 20m/h of diluted concrete.
b) The maximum dimension of the aggregate handled is 40 mm.
c) The feeder has to receive the return concrete and wash water directly
from the cement mixer truck
d) The incoming flow is directed into the hopper by means of the feeder.
e) The latter is designed to facilitate operations involved in unloading
material and washing the vehicle; it must not be used as a collection
tank. Inside the hopper, while sedimentation of silts is prevented, a
screw conveyor conveys and handles the aggregates through an inclined
trough, thereby ensuring the washing.
