Aishas lesson was enjoyable, as it was very active and student-centered. Aisha was
very welcoming, and she liked that there was someone who is going to observe her
because she likes the fact that there is someone who will share their opinion with her.
After the lesson, I discussed with Aisha about her lesson, and she was very keen for

comments. Her lesson and the planning for the lesson were fine, however I
suggested for her to manage the students behavior a little bit, and not to ignore it,
because that will lead to more unpleasant behavior in during the lesson. This was a
very valuable and beneficial experience, as it will help us to improve our teaching in
the future. Also, it was a good opportunity to share our opinions and learn from each
other for further development.
