BINAY LEADS NEW GOV’T APPOINTEES

nally making him an official mem-
ber of the Aquino Cabinet.
Joining the vice president were

As HUDCC chairman, Binay
will be in charge of overseeing
the agency’s functions of coordi-
nating the activities of govern-
ment housing agencies to ensure
the accomplishment of the Na-

dent Aquino and the rest of the
