What does the research say about advantages and disadvantages of distance education?

1. LITERATURE REVIEW:
What does the literature/research say about this issue/topic? By using NAU
Library or Online Search engines, conduct a literature review.
You need to include 5 different sources (book, journal article, web article
etc.) in your review. Try to use current sources as much as possible.
You need to summarize and synthesize your sources by discussing a
common theme or issue.
You don't need to critique your sources
You don't need to evaluate your sources (if the sources are trustworthy,
weather the author has a bias or not)
You need to provide background information such as history and
definitions

Brief Literature Review:

Distance Learning has some advantages and disadvantages for students.
Advantages for students;
- The students may complete their works of course anywhere. They can study
his lesson when they want to. The time and place are flexibility for distance
learning. The students can learn their course with computer and internet
connection at everywhere. It is very good opportunity of distance learning in their
busy life.If the students work anywhere , they can complete their own schedule
during distance learning. They can complete their course while they work
somewhere. The price of distance learning is cheaper than on-campus learning.
If the students choice distance learning , they can safe more time. They dont
spend time to go school by transportation.
Disadvantages for students;
-Distance learning isnt all students types. Some students dont understand
course works with online. They cant learn exactly their lesson. The students who
want to complete distance learning must be highly motivation and discipline. A lot
of employers dont accept online degrees of students. The students dont take all
courses with distance learning. All courses arent available for online. All students
must use technology if they continue distance learning. But all students dont
know how to attend virtual classroom exactly.

What is your personal opinion on this issue? Do you agree with the
research? If you agree or disagree, please explain why?

perspective or If you are not working in a school, from your profession. Be
specific with your examples. You can mention software/hardware names,
specific methods that you plan to use, etc.
How would you implement this research in your career? (At least 1

Reflection:
In my opinion, The distance learning is necessary for some students. I
research some sources. These sources explain what the advantages and
disadvantages of distance learning is. I agree with them. Not every
students are the same. The distance learning is very important for
education life. The some students need the distance learning exactly. The
some students need to work and they need to make money. So these
students dont go to complete traditional learning on the campus.
The distance learning is necessary these students. They can complete
courses while they can work anywhere. They can complete their own
schedule in work while they continue their education.
But some students dont understand technology. These students dont
attend online school. They dont learn anything during distance learning.
If a students want to learn highly their courses and make master lessons,
this students must continue tradition school.
Some students want to complete one university in their life. But they need
to work to earn money for living. I can direct them to distance learning. So,
they can work and make money while they attending a university.
