This course aims to provide all relevant personnel with the knowledge required to
understand the hazards and controls associated with the use of abrasive wheels.
This course is aimed towards all personnel who use abrasive wheels in the workplace.
Course duration: 30 minutes | Course fee: SGD82.40 (w/GST)
2. Accident and Incident Investigation (International)

This course aims to provide learners with an overview of industry best practice in
relation to accident and incident investigation.
Targeted to all relevant personnel
3. Asbestos Awareness
This course aim to provide learners with an understanding of the dangers of asbestos,
and how the risk involved in working with asbestos can be mitigated.
This course is aimed at Operation Technicians, Maintenance Technicians and Managers.
4. Banksman/Slinger
This course aims to give an overview of the roles of the Banksman and Slinger.
This course is aimed towards all relevant personnel.
5. Benzene Awareness
This course aims to provide learners with an awareness of benzene and provide best
practice for work with benzene in oil and gas producing facilities.
This course is aimed at all personnel who may be exposed to benzene in the workplace.
6. Chemical Awareness
This course aims to provide learners with an awareness of industry best practice for
working with chemicals.
This course is aimed towards all relevant personnel
7. Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (CoSHH)
This course provides learners with an awareness of the CoSHH regulations, and the
control measures required to work with hazardous substances.
This course is aimed towards all personnel working in the Oil and Gas Industry.
8. Working with Hazardous Substances (CoSHH International)

This course provides learners with an awareness of the CoSHH regulations, and the
control measures required to work with hazardous substances.
This course is aimed at all personnel working in the Oil and Gas Industry.
9. Dropped Objects
This course aims to increase learners awareness of the potential for dropped objects,
and to outline the responsibilities of personnel and actions to be taken to prevent
dropped object incidents occurring. This course is based on the Dropped Object
Prevention Scheme (DROPS) and industry best practice.
10.DSE and Ergonomics

This course aims to provide learners with an introduction to the rules and regulations
that govern the use of display screen equipment (DSE), the health risks associated with
DSE and the importance of ergonomics in maintaining good health.
This course is aimed at all personnel.
11.Fire Awareness
This course aims to introduce, develop and increase learners knowledge and awareness
of the importance of maintaining fire awareness and the actions to take in an
emergency.
This course is aimed at all personnel. Completion of this course will provide personnel
with the necessary fire awareness to enable them to perform their day to day duties
responsibly and safely.
12.Fire Warden Awareness
This course aims to provide Fire Wardens with an overview of the knowledge that they
need to carry out their duties safely and effectively in line with industry best practice.
13.Hand and Body Injury Prevention

This course aims to provide personnel with an introduction to preventing hand and body
injuries in the workplace.
14.Hand Arm Vibration Awareness

This course aims to increase learners awareness of the risks of hand-arm vibration and
the effects that it can cause. The course also looks at the control measures that should
be taken to reduce exposure to vibration, based on industry best practice.
This course is aimed at all onshore and offshore personnel that use vibration-inducing
equipment.
15.Handling and Storage of Hazardous Substances

This course aims to provide an overview of the requirements for the handling and
storage of hazardous substances.
16.Hazard Identification
This course aims to provide all personnel with solid hazard identification awareness to
enable them to evaluate hazards quickly and effectively so that they can carry out their
duties as safely as possible.
This course is aimed towards all personnel.
17.Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO)

This course aims to provide learners with industry best practice in relation to Helicopter
Landing Officer (HLO) duties.
This course is aimed at all relevant personnel.
18.Human Factors
This course aims to introduce learners to the concept of human factors and how they
impact on situational awareness.
This course is aimed towards all Oil and Gas personnel.
19.Hydrates Awareness
This course aims to provide awareness of how gas hydrates may be formed and the
effects that they can have on pipeline flow assurance. The course examines what
hydrates are, how they are formed and their molecular structure. It discusses flow
assurance, details the risks of pipeline plugging by hydrates, and outlines the various
methods of controlling hydrate formation.
This course is aimed towards all Process Operators.
20.Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness

This course aims to give offshore personnel the knowledge required to understand the
hazards and controls associated with working in an environment where they could
potentially be exposed to H2S.
This course is aimed towards all personnel who could potentially be exposed to H2S in
the workplace on offshore installations.
21.Introduction to ATEX (International)

This course aims to provide information on the European Directives that set the
standard for equipment that is to be used in explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
22.Introduction to Safety Data Sheets

This course aims to give an overview of the purpose and use of Safety Data Sheets.
23.Legionella
This course aims to outline the risks posed by the legionella bacterium and provides an
overview of the steps that should be taken to limit the risks posed to personnel in the
workplace.

pushing and pulling of loads.

45.Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air (HCA CERTIFIED)

This course aims to provide learners with industry best practice in relation to the
transportation of dangerous goods by air (enable personnel to recognise the classes of
dangerous goods and to pack, mark, label and document articles and items correctly).
This course is aimed at Personnel, both on and offshore, who are involved in the
preparation of dangerous goods for transportation by air in the Oil and Gas Industry.
46.Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Sea

This course aims to provide learners with industry best practice in relation to the
transportation of dangerous goods by sea. The course should enable personnel to
recognise the classes of dangerous goods and to pack, mark, label and document articles
and items correctly.
