Why Internal Communications?

Employees are the Soft Belly of an Organization: - employees can be the greatest
asset, greatest strength and even the greatest vulnerability and weakness too.

Greatest threat to an Organization is not from external sources as much as from

internal sources: Troy could not have been captured had it not been for the Trojan
horse. An unknown internal saboteur can be more dangerous than known external
foes.

The easiest way to demolish a Company’s Competitiveness is to poison the minds

of its workforce:

Employees love to Gossip: Gossip is human nature, it cannot be prevented. Rather

vigilant organizations can immunize their employees by themselves releasing the
right information at the right time.

Iron Curtain belongs to the bygone era: In today’s age you cannot hide realities
from your employees so rather than somebody else trying to play mischief with the
same information, why not mould them to think in a particular manner. Sometimes
even a different perspective makes all the difference.

Highly qualified, educated & aware workforce need to be treated differently

Rather they need to be mentally conditioned to think in a particular manner to
support a difficult decision voluntarily
