schools. I had the opportunity to supervise Ms. Paolucci during her student
teaching placement in the Oxford School District. I have found Ms. Paolucci
to be an organized, responsible, professional teacher candidate who was a
pleasure to work with.

In her first-grade placement, Ms. Paolucci consistently planned for maximum

engagement using individual white boards, collaboration, and flexible
grouping. She confidently used the gradually release of responsibility and her
effective pacing and smooth transitions kept students focused and
motivated. All lesson plans were exemplary and demonstrated her
knowledge of content and pedagogy.

Ms. Paolucci is a creative, flexible, enthusiastic young teacher who strives to
