On November 8 2007 after exhaustive effort to get the government personnel, media, York Regional
Police, OPP and RCMP to investigate I filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the
RCMP for refusing to investigate the Government Organized Crime providing the evidence published

On September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis, District Commander of the GTA
signed the RCMP Letter of Disposition after RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam completed his 8-
9 month study of the evidence following his vacation and promotion to NCO
He begins his report stating that although I had provided hundreds of pages of documents he
chose to ignore them in an attempt to slip out the back door finding the RCMP innocent of
refusing to investigate government organized crime.
Nobody ever accused them of being brilliant, because they needn’t be when the entire system
is fixed with no legitimate government department, agency or police for an individual to
complain to as they send them in circles until he or she gives up in frustration.
He informs that RCMP Insp. Verheul one of the officers I named in the complaint is now
retired.
Image that he would think that he can divert the utmost seriousness of Government
Organized Crime of humongous compromise to the safety and well being of every individual
that is equally guaranteed in the provisions of the Charter to a relatively minor manner with
unfounded evidence.
What I have been endeavouring to prove is the deliberate ineptness of the entire legal system
to protect every individual as guaranteed and what else would the people finance the police
for?

My MPP Julia Munro states in her letters that she felt it would be inappropriate for her to
intervene and of course it would be being in on the conspiracy with the rest of them.
She stated in one of her letters that since I have gone to the Ombudsman with no resolve,
considered to be the last resort with no other available options I might want to consider
consulting with a lawyer.

On July 26 2009 the Toronto Star that has been provided the irrefutable evidence of
Government Organized Crime since June 30 2005 aid demonstrate how they aid the
charlatans of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration of illegitimate laws
inconsistent with the Constitution and befuddle the minds of the 80% majority
Prominent judges and Attorney General Chris Bentley admit the legal system is in shambles
while making another assault and insult of the intelligence of the taxpayer, but unfortunately
due the cooperation of media moguls like Conrad Black the truth never gets to the people as
all the evidence shows and ultimately the people are not as intelligence on such matters as
the illegal Legal System.
They inform of a report commissioned on the status of the legal system paid for by the
taxpayer, an inane process when they know damn well the people’s legal system is in the
hands of Criminal Frauds purporting to administer the laws of Ontario consistent with the
Constitution, conducive to the Charter rights of every as equally guaranteed, yet in our faces
inform they want the taxpayer to fill the Legal Aid kitty to overflowing so they can give their
members a 50% raise for the swell job they did bankrupting the country once again.
They admit that they know the cost to access the legal system is exorbitant beyond the reach
of the majority of the Middle Class and yet want them to fund the defence of the unfortunate

criminal element of the poverty sector that they themselves cause that leads to hopelessness
and despair to amoral inclination advancing to criminal persuasion that leave innumerable
victims in their wake that they simply refuse to protect as guaranteed as there is no profit in
that, not conducive to the flourishing business of the Law Society Criminal Frauds as they are
proud of the manner in which they have advanced their industry into the poverty sector that is
destined to forever advance as long as their regime holds the reins or reigns as you prefer.
The Private Sector Lawyer is Illegal

An industry extorting exorbitant fees from victims that are guaranteed equal Charter rights in
Perpetual Possessory Title since 1982 that leaves the government hierarchy most vulnerable
to 1 LIFE www.1life.cC that intends to sue their asses until we have the legitimate competent
responsible irreproachable people’s representatives in place as expected in a Democracy and
would if not for the media conglomerates controlled by the likes of Conrad Black.
The Law Society propagates and others akin have infested the people’s political and legal
system and infested and invested the corporate world, the same world wide that caused the
financial collapse with the Bank of Canada playing a major role.
The Ontario Government publishes the “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General”
that clearly states he is responsible as the “guardian of the public interest” constitutional
matters and the legitimacy of laws they enact and is accountable to the people through the
legislature, that would be great if they were actually the peoples representatives as they are
presented to the people.
University of British Columbia history professor writes of a compelling book by Edmund

Morgan that opens with the assertion that the success of any form of government is
depended on deceiving (defrauding) the people.
In a democracy for example it is necessary for the people to believe they have a voice and
the representatives are the people.

Hell we have enough criminals out here in the private sector so it is absurd to finance crooks
to propagate them for us when we could use our hard earned money for personal use like
feeding, clothing and sheltering ourselves and invest in putting the impoverished back to work
to take responsibility for their own necessities of life.

The Law Society introduced the Legal Aid Act in 1967 when they were aware the people of
the Lower Tier could not afford to access the courts, never have, only the people of the 10%
Upper Tier could with the money they ripped off from the Lower Tier populace providing them
a humongous advantage with the people having no recourse
The reports they commission mildly inform them that every individual is entitled to equal
protection and benefit of the courts, but then people like me would have put them out of

The Task Force commissioned by former Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day to look into
the RCMP pension fund scandal when the Standing Committee on Public Accounts revealed
a link to the DOJ and were told to sit on it when a PUBLIC INQUIRY was warranted.

vanished, however the Task Force Report stated that the RCMP that Brian Mulroney stole from the

to the people to protect them, not the government organized crime ASSHOLES.
They never state exactly what they would like or should say because they do not want to have the
people not trusting them do they?
It would be somewhat of a calamity if the people came to know that they have been financing the
system to ransack them and finance agencies that they proclaim are there for the people, but they are
designed to protect them as is the Law Society ideology conducive to their organized crime.
Well I have written this many times that I can reiterate upon reiteration to perpetuity, and seems I have
since June 2005 all published on the Charter Democracy Force web site and affiliates referenced
thereon, so let’s wrap up the government organized crime by demanding a copy of NCO Staff Sgt. R.B.
MacAdam’s report of his 8-9 month study of the government organized crime irrefutable evidence.

irrefutable prove the system is not designed to deal with government organized crime
because it is government organized crime in its entirety with the DOJ clearly stating that they
are of the belief that the entire federal legal system that the Minister of Justice and Attorney
General of Canada advises while a bencher with precedence with the Law Society is his
responsibility to act on their behalf and is obviously not to act on behalf of the people as they
all refer me to a lawyer if they think I am wealthy enough to be extorted exorbitant fees in an
offensive on behalf of the people that unbeknownst to them finance the government
organized crime to not only ransack the people, but defend them from individual’s that
become victims and come whining to them.
It is obvious that the Law Society propagates have created an illegitimate industry with them
who manage to get elected enacting illegitimate laws with innumerable inconsistencies with
the Constitution such as loopholes and ambiguity to come out successful to their
unscrupulous interests while they assuredly do not give a damn about the Constitution, being
just a prop or the people self admitted in the Law Society document along with the fact that
evidence against their members is irrelevant demonstrated consistently through out the
evidence precisely why it is irrefutable.
It is the responsibility of the Attorney Generals as “guardians of the public interest” to put a
self contained legitimate system in place financed by the people in trust that they will assure
that there is a due process of law with punishment and everything to ensure their personnel
as well as every individual in the public sector is competent, responsible and irreproachable
in, of and with “The Spirit of the Law” that is “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” the epitome of
simplicity and sanity that has forever blown in the wind well understood by us all at 5 prior to
the first day of school giving credence to that which is least apt to be mistaken by humankind
yet the “Learned and Honourable” propagates of the Law Society come out dumber than a
toad … seemingly that is, but when you see them and their affluent and influential friends with
all the money we must come to realize that we the people have some how existed with minds
Collectively dumber than a stone, in these matters and we can thank the media for that.
The government spend the people’s money debating the non-debatable with the private
sector to luxury defending their right to accept bribery by Lobbyists to make up for their losses
by leaving the private sector that seemingly legally extort exorbitant fees in a system only
accessible by the wealthy providing them a humongous advantage to rip the people off.
The people only have 1 LIFE and now they have a voice and representatives of the people to
ensure they work for themselves not enslaved to support the insatiable ASSHOLES.
Our days of begging for mercy are over and the government organized criminals days begins
“Recompense injury with justice and recompense kindness with kindness” in, of and with “The
Spirit of the Law” that is “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” that is the epitome of simplicity and
