DAILY AUDIT OBERVATIONS

Date: 24.01.17
Todays audit was conducted against clause#5.2 (QMS
Policy) of 9001:2015.
DISPATCH STORE
S.N Observation Status
O
1. Ispaghol 95 g jars were found in Safoof Mughaliz Cartons
at Dispatch Store Medicine.
2. Habis Dabbis were found in Prostnal carton at Dispatch
Store Medicine.
3. Garbage was found in the corner of Almirah.
4. Rotten feed was present in the Rodent traps at Dispatch
Store.
5. Understanding of QMS policy was not found appropriate
among the workers.
PMS MEDICINE
1. Daily Hygiene checklist was not found in the
department.
2. Understanding of QMS policy was not found appropriate
among the workers.
NMD
1. No gloves were found in Majoon Filling area.
2. Condition of Miscellaneous store at NMD (Tableting
Section) was very poor.
JSD
1. One worker was seen with minor cut on his hand which
was not covered and may lead to H&S + Food safety
Hazard.
2. In distillation hall -1 one supervisor was seen with ring in
his hand.
Moreover A/T worker in cooking area was also seen
wearing wrist watch & ring which is against GMP.
3. Worker using knife to open the sugar bags which is a
serious safety risk.
Engineering/SNW
1. Engineering Requisition Performa for maintenance work
was not signed by the Engineering department (dated:
22.01.17) and implementation gap was observed.
Note:
QMS Policy was well understood by workers on screening machine
at SNW and in packing section at JSD.
