For EYNCOLS S.A we will use a permanent inventory having a continuous record that
shows us what we have available all the time.
This system offers us a high degree of control because it will always be up to date,
helping the sales department in the purchase of inputs such as the sale of the product.

Inventory Policies
Organize the orders of the orders acquired by the suppliers so as not to request neither
more nor less than the budgeted in raw material securing the production programs.

All personnel must be committed to the organization in the warehouse for the
improvement of operations and the work environment, optimizing dispatch times.

In the dispatch area, supervisors will be committed to make adequate programming to

meet customer demand, without delays and errors when loading the finished product.

The transport crew will be in charge of having a proper handling and go hand in hand
with the company's procedures in the delivery to the client.

3. Make a predictive simulation of the demand for the products or services to

be executed through the inventories.

The company must have a production of 5,000 reams of sugar cane paper quarterly
since this is the main product which has the highest sales, with this production we
estimate a delivery fulfillment of 99.9% of the orders included within this period, and
Above all it would not include in costs associated with more storage of both raw
material and finished product.
