Dear Parents,

Following on from my last letter about the requirements for parents and close
family members who wish to volunteer at Our Lady of Fatima School I am now
able to inform you about the details of the first of a series of Volunteer Induction
Workshops.

You are invited:

Volunteer Induction Workshop

Friday, 2nd June 2017
2.00 - 3.00pm
Multi-Purpose Room

At the Workshop, the Sydney Catholic Schools Undertaking will be available to

complete. In almost all cases, attendance at the Worskhop and completion of the
Undertaking will make you eligible to be selected as a volunteer at our school.

At this stage, I am not expecting every volunteer to attend this first workshop
however by the beginning of 2018 this process will become mandatory for ALL
volunteers, including those who assist at P & F functions, excursions etc.

In order to assist the set up of the room for this workshop, please return the slip
below if you are coming along.
