    Subject: Machine Instructions Project: Printing, Plotting, and Application

    This memo is to address the progress made for the week of May 8 th 12th as well as what the plan for
    what will be accomplished this upcoming week, May 15th 19th

    Accomplished the week of May 8h 12th:

    1. The Adobe Illustrator file for instructions with graphics has been completed for the Mamaki Plotting
    Machine.

    Plan for this week, May 15st 19th

    1. Both the Graphtec and Mamaki machine instructions will be printed.

    2. Once printed, a cut file will be created and each printed poster will be plotted by the plotting
    machine to create the outline of the poster.

    3. Each poster will be peeled from the backer and applied to poster boards.

    4. The poster boards will be hung above their respective plotting machines where they can be easily
    read and followed during machine operation.

    Once hung, we will begin testing the effectiveness of the instructions on new users.
