1. What did you think of the assigned method given to your group and why?
The assigned method given to my group was a good chance to see if I and the other
members of the group were able to communicate in the right way altogether and each
of us tell his opinion about the problem in order to have a lot of alternative choices,
analyze the individual decisions and to conclude finding the best solution.
mentioned the issue of the problem and we defined the expert who is a professional
skier. In addition, we started one by one expressing our thoughts about the solution
that we had to find. Later on, we referred each choice taking into account many
factors. We found the advantages and disadvantages of each choice and we excluded
the choices that would help less to our problem. Finally, with the help of the expert
followed the right process by telling each of us his opinion. My group was consisted

4. Did your group have enough time to use this method, or did you need more
time?
Fortunately, my group had enough time to use this method and we didn’t need

I am satisfied a lot with the decision that my group came to because except the
expert’s decision we had to follow, all the members of the group we agreed with him,
so we end in the most important items that will help us to come out of the wilderness
alive.
6. Do you think you would have come to a superior decision using a different
method? If so, which method would you have preferred and why?
In my view, the method that my group used was the best for this particular
problem and we needn’t more superior decision. Perhaps, if we had another kind of
problem, for instance a problem that we had to confront in the financial sector, we
would use a more analytical process. In our case, we wanted just to survive, so we had
