Clearly and precisely explained about the product invention, the objectives and
problem solving
The geographical position of the country is taken into consideration
The historical events are taken into account

Is the referred disaster truly portray a disaster?

2. Applicability of the product invention
Will the invention addresses a specific or an integrated Disaster Management?
A clear frame work to assure the effectiveness of the invention
A clear procedure for effective management of a crisis
Well-documented set of critical success factors available
3. Does the invention take into consideration of the mitigation plan? For example, the
establishment of community emergency network system in the risk area.
System to collect information
System to disseminate information
Establishing the point of contact
Allocation of special needs for the disabled, children, senior citizens, etc.
4. Does the invention address the basic need during a disaster like water, electricity, transport,
medical etc.?
5. Does the invention take into consideration of the disaster preparedness?
Early action like warning system, sign or forecast.
Any effort to up-date the status of the community living in the respective area the
number of houses/shops/schools
Distribution of population, numbers of adults/children/toddlers
6. Does the invention contribute to healthcare and rehabilitation during disaster?
Well-documented recovery plan available

Any involvement from the management group community members,
individual residence, government officials, chamber of commerce, NGO etc.
