Lighting Information:
Due to the location, being outside
there is a lot of natural lighting
however, it can be either too
bright or too dark. In addition,
the lights that I used might run
out of charge.
Sound Information:
The location is outside so the
microphone might be able to pick up
traffic and birds.
Power Information:
The location is not anywhere near
any power source as it is in a
forest.
Hazards:
It is easy for my actors to fall
over sticks or braches that have
fallen from trees. The area
where I am working might be damp
due to previous weather, which
could damage my equipment.

Solutions:
I will use studio lighting so that
the lighting is bright enough. The
lights that I am using I will make
sure run of batteries so that the
charge does not run out while I am
filming.
Solutions:
My video is a music video so if it
picks up any noises that I do not
want it will not matter because you
will not hear it over the music.
Solutions:
I will make sure to charge my
camera to 100% before I leave and
bring either a backup camera or
battery so I do not run out of
charge.
Solutions:
I will sure the area is clear
where we film so that my actors
do not trip. In addition, I hope
to find areas where it is
virtually dry so it will not
damage my equipment.

Contingency Plan

Location:
If the location I intend to use does not give me permission to
film, I will use my back up location, which is the grounds
around my house. If the weather is not easy to work in
(raining or muddy), I will use my house as the narrative of my
music video is flexible and can be filmed in any location.

Actors:
If my actors, for some reason, are not able to attend the days
that I am filming, I will be able to turn to my back-up
actors. I have made sure that these actors are available to do
these dates and fill in if I need them.

Equipment:
If any of my equipment breaks or does not work, I will make
sure that I have back-up equipment. For example, if my camera
breaks or runs out of charge I will have my actors bring their
cameras with them so that I can swap them.

Hazards + accidents:
I will make sure, when we go out and film that we have a first
aid kit with us if anyone hurts himself or herself as my
location is outside in the forest.
