With reference to the above subject matter our company Messr.Adap Consulting
Engineers wish to submit a total sum of Thirty-One Million, Two Hundred and Thirty-
Nine Thousand, Four Hundred and Eighty-Seven Naira, Twelve kobo(N31,239,487.12)
only, for the Electrical and Mechanical services of Indoor Sport Hall, Ilorin.

2.Our computation vide attached Annexures I, II&III is based on approved professional

scale of Fees for consultants in the construction industry, revised edition, April 1996.

3.While thanking you for your co-operation and understanding we look forward to more
