Attention: Customers Service Department

On October 29th, I recieved an incorrect shipment of octagon com shop products

fulfilling the order I placed on october 27th. Rather than the 5 items of
motherboard (ref. # LAX84) that I ordered, the shipment contained 5 items of
videocard.

As per your instruction we recieved on the telephone, the unwanted item of

videocard were shipped back the same day. It was promised that the correct
items would be shipped out the very next day, October 30th , and delivered
frieghtfree the following week.

As of this date, we have not yet recieved our shipment of motherboard. This was
a COD order, paid for with check #973237 in the amount of Php. 25,000.00, which
has already cleared through our banks. If the motherboards cannot be shipped on
November 5th, please cancel the order and send a refund check in the amount of
Php. 25,000.00 for the unfulfilled portion of the order
