This letter is regarding the claim of material your company has dispatched to us. As our written agreement
stipulated, the shipment was scheduled for delivery on 9th of November 2018 but was actually delivered on
12th of November. The delay in delivering the products caused disruption to our workflow and a significant
amount of inconvenience to our customers. Your team failed to inform us of the delay, not even a quick
phone call or an email. Lastly, the quality delivered was just a 1 ½ sets, which is less than our order.
As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the remaining item be delivered and I would request
that you confirm no later than Friday, 30th of November. I also require you to confirm whether you will
arrange for the item to be collected or that you wish me to return this and that you will reimburse me for the
cost of returning it and arranging adequate insurance.
