Subject: Housekeeping services at your branch

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to our meeting with Mr. Mahesh Katariya on 09th March, 2021 regarding
housekeeping services to your branch. We, on the basis of our discussion regarding the daily and
periodical cleaning services to your branch, are pleased to submit as follows: -

Nature of Work
To up keep the above said property with our scheduled services. Our endeavour is to maintain
the continuous cleaning.

Periodicity & Nature of services


Will be planed according actual needs and in such a way that it should gives us optimum results in
permissible resources whether it is man or machine, equipment and consumables.

Basis of work
Basis of our work is WORK SCHEDULE, which includes hourly, daily, twice in a week, weekly,
fortnightly, monthly, by-monthly and quarterly task. This will be designed according the actual
requirement of cleanliness. Mainly our work schedule will include floor, furniture, fixtures, fans,
lights, glasses, office automation gadgets vacuum cleaning, V blinds and wash room.

Points to be mentioned
We will start the work after 1-2 days from the date of your written confirmation or the date of
signing of contract.
We will not allow our personnel to do works other than the assigned one.
Your selves will provide all sorts of ladders whenever required for cleaning of glass/ceiling fan.
We may discontinue our services by giving one month notice, you may also do so.

General terms

Timings 9 A M to 6 P M
Periodical task Will be done on scheduled days
Non working days Sunday and Banks holidays
Man power Two men and one visiting supervisor
Minimum monthly charges Rs.22,800.00 + taxes as applicable the charges are inclusive
of weekly off, ESI, EPF, bonus and leave encashment,
cleaning material, tools, machines and wear pack
Contract period Minimum for a year
Payment On 3rd day of submission of bill, we will submit our bill on
the First day of the month
Consumables and wear pack. Will be provided by us
Machine and tools. Will be provided by us
Works not accepted Cleaning of electrical boards, sewer lines, area / item which
are not accessible, exterior walls/glasses and repair of any
kind.

Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited up to the cleanliness. We will not be responsible for:
Normal or accidental wear & tear (generally it happens with glasses, bath and electrical fittings).

Deterioration of floors as all sorts of floors loses its shine gradually.

Any kind of theft or pilferage, get cleaned your storeroom / valuable items storage area in
presence of your person. You may also get checked our person as well as his belongings when he
leaves the premises. Neither our employee nor we should hold responsible for any happening if
occurred.

Whenever we found window glasses or mirror are broken, leakage from water tanks, taps, flush
etc. we will inform you verbally to get the same repaired but we should not held responsible for
seepage or water inflow due to any reason.

We will try our best to execute the work as per the work schedule approved by your selves if any
job could not execute due to your non-permission. The schedule must be signed with remarks.

The same job will be carried out on its next scheduled day; therefore your best co-operation with
our people is desirable. The scheduled services may be done earlier or postponed as per the
mutual convenience.
