SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR SECURITY SERVICES

Dear Sirs/ Mesdames:

Our Bid Proposal is for TWO (2) UNIFORMED SECURITY GUARDS for contract duration of
ONE (1) YEAR. Below are the Monthly Contract Rates of the Day Shift Guards, to wit:

One Guard (1), 5 days/week (Mon-Fri) @ 8-hrs duty = P 26,758.79

One Guard (1), 7 days/week (Mon-Sun) @ 12-hrs duty = P 42,576.64

AMOUNT OF BID FOR ONE MONTH = P 69,335.43

The above rate is in accordance with the Cost Distribution per Month set by PADPAO/DOLE,
which should be followed by all members of Security Agencies to ensure the guard’s
compensation is in accordance with the Minimum Wage Law.

However, we are open to a MUTUAL NEGOTIATION BETWEEN YOUR COMPANY AND

OUR AGENCY in order to resolve this and close the deal.

We would be pleased to meet with you and go through the specifics of our proposal at any
time that is most convenient for you.
