Dear Hon. Javelona:

I am writing to your good office for the correction of the Salary Grade for the position of
Cemetery Caretaker from Salary Grade 4 to Salary Grade 2. Our plantilla states that such
position is under Salary Grade 4 but when it was reconciled by one of the staffs of the CSC
Field-Office through the processing of Mr. Rellan Agbons appointment, it was found out that in
the qualification standards it is Salary Grade 2. As a standard procedure, the Qualification
Standard should prevail hence this request.

We would like to request your good office to endorse the said correction to the Sangguniang
Bayan as what the CSC-Field Office recommended us. It is very important so as to successfully
facilitate the appointment of Mr. Agbon for such position. Thank you very much and God bless!
