161. In compliance thereof, the official concerned was called for

and was conveyed the directions of the authority (he noted at the
margin of the page).

162. On 16.05.2017, he appeared and presented the copies of

his medical treatment record which are absolutely irrelevant. He has
verbally informed that no medical record is available and the same has
misplaced.

163. In view of above, the case may very kindly be placed

before the Competent Authority for kind perusal and appropriate
orders please.
