Tech Thesis Presentation Contest scheduled on

07.07.2017

1. The maximum time for presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes for

interaction.
2. The project presentation contest shall be evaluated by an External Expert.
3. Do not disclose the names of candidates and the supervisors/guides.
Provide badge number to the contestant.
4. Open defence is allowed, if time permits.
5. A Memento and certificate will be issued to the best first and second
papers and for the best poster presentation.
6. Participation certificate shall be issued to all the participants and
certificate will also be given to the external expert.
7. The evaluation should start by 9:30 AM. The contest is to be completed
(including evaluation of posters) by 12.30 PM and all M.Tech students
must attend the valedictory function organized at the Seminar Hall of
Departmentof Civil Engineering at 2.00 PM.
8. The Evaluators shall give a brief feedback about the quality of the work
done by the students during the valedictory function.
