Normal Force:

In mechanics, the normal force is the component, perpendicular to the surface (surface being a
plane) of contact, of the contact force exerted on an object by, for example, the surface of a floor
or wall, preventing the object from falling.

Weight Force:

The weight of an object is the force of gravity on the object and may be defined as the mass
times the acceleration of gravity, w = mg. Since the weight is a force, its SI unit is the newton.
Density is mass/volume.

Inclined Plane:

An inclined plane, also known as a ramp, is a flat supporting surface tilted at an angle, with one
end higher than the other, used as an aid for raising or lowering a load. [1][2][3] The inclined plane is
one of the six classical simple machines defined by Renaissance scientists. Inclined planes are
widely used to move heavy loads over vertical obstacles; examples vary from a ramp used to
load goods into a truck, to a person walking up a pedestrian ramp, to an automobile or railroad
train climbing a grade.

Axes' Rotation:

In mathematics, a rotation of axes in two dimensions is a mapping from an xy-Cartesian

coordinate system to an x'y'-Cartesian coordinate system in which the origin is kept fixed and
the x' and y' axes are obtained by rotating the x and y axes counterclockwise through an angle . A
point P has coordinates (x, y) with respect to the original system and coordinates (x', y') with
respect to the new system.[1] In the new coordinate system, the point P will appear to have been
rotated in the opposite direction, that is, clockwise through the angle. A rotation of axes in more
than two dimensions is defined similarly. A rotation of axes is a linear map and a rigid
transformation.

You have a cart, of mass 800 grams, on an inclined plane. The length of the track is l=2 m. The height
is h=0.20 m. Consider there is NO friction. What is the acceleration of the cart?
