Terms and Conditions

The Hitmen Trio are dedicated to providing an exceptional musical performance to all our
couples and clients. We have some basic terms and conditions as set below:

BOOKING POLICY CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept the first deposit received to secure a particular
date on a first come first served basis- it's the fairest The Hitmen Trio do not cancel bookings lightly as

is necessary after the drinks reception and, if
the wedding is 1 hour or more from Dublin,
accommodation must be provided onsite or nearby.

(In most weddings there are last minute cancellations

As a VAT registered Company the Hitmen Trio
from guests who are invited, and the food that is
ordered in by the venue will still be charged to you, include VAT at 23% on their services.
so in most cases there are spare dinners which
we can avail of if the above is appropriate.)

TRAVEL AND RELCOCATION COSTS

Dublin/Kildare Area 3: Galway, Waterford, Belfast and Cork city and

No Travel Costs environs, Tipp south, Leitrim, Roscommon, Clare,
Limerick, Monaghan.
Area 1: Wicklow, Carlow, Meath 200 & accommodation to be provided
60 (one room).

Area 2: Westmeath, Louth, Laois, Offaly, Cavan, Area 4: 3 hours one way travel or more: Connemara, Kerry,
Tipp North, Longford, Wexford Mayo, West Cork, Donegal and Ulster
100 350 & accommodation to be provided
(one room).
