Greetings of peace and prosperity!
After careful thought and consideration, I have concluded that my core values are not
aligned with the organizational culture being implored in our institute. It is time to move
on to explore greener pasture, professional development, and overall happiness.

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from this Institution effective June 15,
2017. With the recent conflicts in interpersonal relationships that I experienced in the
office, I find it difficult to focus on the tasks that the school requires of me. While I would
love to continue to serve the College in any capacity possible, I also realize that my
emotional state makes my continued employment inefficient.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to you and to all your DOSCST constituents
for the gift of opportunity, learning experience, and professional growth. You have given
me my first experience to work as a professional and I am very grateful of that. I cannot
thank you more for being a great blessing in my life. I promise that I will employ
prudently the knowledge and experience that I gained from this College as I continue to
pursue my studies in Law and Criminal Justice.

Once again, thank you so much. May God bless us all and may God bless the Davao
Oriental State College of Science and Technology.
