PRODUCT FUNCTIONS:

Only authorized users will be able to get the access of all the
functions that can be performed .These functions include:
Data entry (Menu)- If the menu is to be changed ,then the
admin has the full control to amend the same.
Discount strategy interface-The Discounts can be changed
according to the days and seasons easily by the
administrator.
Payment method alterations-The new payment methods can
be implied and the older ones can be differentiated by the
administrator.
All the functions like modify/alter/delete/addition can be
performed easily by the admin into the system.

SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS

Menu- Menu should be compromised according to the


customer needs.
Discount- Discount should be given after the addition of
VAT/SERVICE CHARGE/SERVICE TAX.
Payment Method- Payment Method can be altered in
comparison with the ongoing offers.
Billing-On the failure of the entered pin by the user,a Staff
member should be consigned with the customer to collect
the same.
CONSTRAINTS

There are many limitations relating to the food billing system


which include :
Menu can be compromised but it will lead to the
mismanagement of the staff and items.
Changing the Discounts multifarously will lead to the
wastage of the previous brochures and pamphlets.
Revising the Payment methods may turn difficulties in
teaching the staff members to accept the payment.

Beer/Shake should be given complementary to each


individual.
