How to fixed CMDB file not updating due to sid adm password is expired.

Ticket: IM0026336900

Description: GDDC Tivoli ddasm006 Message -:ERROR with SAP Inventory data for SID: NOA (IAM Ref=000-000-001-
020-074-068-007)

Error:

CMDB file is not updating due to EN <sid>adm password is already expired.

Steps:

1. Check CMDB file is up to date, check job logs

CMDB file :
Check job logs:

If you see WARNING: Your password has expired, this means that job is completing successfully but
CMDB file not update. This need to be set to never so the script and cmdb file be updated.

Solution:

Change the aging information in all EN/CI and all DI if password is expired

Before setting aging information:


setting aged information:
Triggered the script create_cert.ksh manually and script completed successfully.

CMDB file is now up to date:


Issue has been resolved and fixed.
