1.0 Purpose:

The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for recruitment is to provide guidelines and
required procedures for the review and examination of employment applications, employee
selection, and appointment and file management of the employees after recruitment.

2.0 Scope:

These procedures apply to the recruitment activities of XYZ Co,

3.0 Responsibility:
The Manager (recruitment) is responsible for overall management of the recruitment process, and
the JGM (HR) is responsible for ensuring all the activities, Chairman shall be the sanctioning authority
of the entire recruitment activities.

4.0 Procedure:
Vacancies shall be decided as per volume of business at the branches. Branch control department
shall be identifying the right person; the posting has been done by HR department through internal
transfer or promotions.
