En Asyraf Bin Aziz started work at Perodua Manufacture since 2009 . He started work as
Stamping Department production worker about two year then he being promoted as Technician
to Painting Department. After three years of work he being promoted again as Maintenance
Supervisor at Body Department until now.

When he start work as production team first year at Stamping Department Perodua Manufacture
he just a normal worker that waiting at production line to do his job. His first work was
controlling the amount of the steel plate that suitable for the mold to stamping. He need to
transfer the suitable number of steel plate that need to be stamp. After 1 years and half, he begin
to check the monitor as the stamping pressure is suitable to the steel element cause every single
car have different steel material.

Then, he transfer to Painting Department as Production Technician, now he have different job
where he need to check and repair the casing and some tools that hold the robots process cause at
Painting Department Perodua Manufacture almost 90% of it work done by robots. Then after 3
month of training at Japan he learned to maintenance the robots arms and begin to repair if any
error occurs. About 2 year he managed to maintenance and repairs Pneumatic base robot , and
semi automatic robot.

After 3 years he being promoted and transfer to Body Department Perodua Manufacture as
Maintenance Supervisor. His job is about to repair the ''Spring balancer'' that hold the Portable
Spot Welding gun and change the ''Kickless" and "Auxiliary" cable that connect Portable Spot
Welding gun to the terminal. He also now have to maintain the stock from maintenance store for
minimal waste of money but high in longevity and maximum usage. Check the waste product of
other maintenance worker repairs and make sure the disposal step is correct to avoid any
damage, toxic and radiation.
