Actions speak louder than words

Most of us spend at least one-third of our lives in the workplace. With so much time spent, it is important to ensure that employees
feel safe and healthy at work. This is especially pertinent for frontline employees out in the field, where they may be exposed to
different types of physical hazard in their professional environment.

Putting people first is paramount to everything we do at Cushman & Wakefield, and we recognise the need to proactively ensure a
safe and efficient working environment for all our employees. For us, the key to building a safety culture is driving knowledge,
ownership and accountability for safety, health and well-being among all of our employees and suppliers. An example of an
interesting WSH initiative we have incorporated is the use of drone technology to minimise risks associated with working at heights
while conducting roof gutter inspections.

Last week, Cushman & Wakefield, along with leading professionals and service providers in the industry, celebrated successes in
workplace safety and health (WSH) at the bizSAFE Convention organised by the WSH Council of Singapore.

Held for the ninth consecutive year, the convention aims to recognise achievements in the areas of workplace health and safety
practices in the country, while providing an opportunity for companies to share solutions and ideas for integrating best practices in the
field.

As a testament to our continual efforts in this space, Cushman & Wakefield was a recipient of the bizSAFE Partner Award at this
years bizSAFE Convention. The award recognises industry partners who have been proactive and committed in bringing small and
medium-sized enterprises on board the bizSAFE programme by incorporating safety efforts as part of their business model.

Receiving the award from Mr. Heng, Chairman, WSH Council

Cushman & Wakefield aims to set high standards in WSH by requiring all their business partners to be at least bizSAFE level 3
certified. We are also actively engaged with our business partners to build up our WSH capabilities through routine site surveillance
measures and implementing a safety and health inspection programme for them.
