 NOTE TO THE USER

The examples shown in this document are intended to serve

as a preparation guide. The user should take in consideration
that some of the pages reflect the approved seal before the
Board of Technical Registration added the requirement of
showing the P.E. expiration date under the seal.

The P.E. should seal the details according to the Boards

requirements (P.E. stamp, signature, the date the detail was
issued inside the stamp and the expiration date under the
stamp).
