Design Code ASME B16.48 shall be stated at Mill Certificate, this is to ensure the item comply to pressure-

temperature ratings, materials, dimensions, tolerances, marking and testing. And to include RA, roughness value.

Mill certificate for Spade, Spacer and Raw Material shall be provided to TASB. The material shall be from

Europe/Korea/Japan
4 Saliran to provide project experience list; supply of spade and spacer to Petronas domestic projects.
