This is in relation to the 2018 Budget being proposed by the ICTS office of DepEd Central Office,

wherein one item is the plan to equipped CLCs around the Philippines with several equipment
like laptops, LCD projector/smart TV, etc. that will be used to strengthen blended teaching and
learning processes in ALS through the assistance of ICT.

Anent to this, may we request the Regional ALS Focal person to facilitate the submission of a
consolidated list of CLCs in their respective regions that are considered a Type Three (3) or a
Type Four (4) based on the description set on the types of CLCs described in the M&E Manual
of ALS.

Please include two (2) to three (3) pictures showing the exterior and interior of the CLCs
included in the list. Please use the template below:

Note:

TYPE 3 a typical Barangay learning center, concrete and secured, mostly made out of cement and other concrete building materials,
dedicated to ALS learning sessions and related activities, equipped with basic furniture and learning equipment, e.g. chairs, tables,
chalkboard, library corner, basic appliances such as electric fan, cassette recorder, etc.
Type Four (4) CLC a two or three-storey building fully equipped with basic furniture and advanced ICT equipment for learning,
dedicated to ALS learning sessions and related activities, other type that does not fall to any of the 4 types, please describe using a
separate sheet of paper.
Pls be reminded that the deadline for submission
of the IPCRF for 2016 has long been past.
you are also reminded that SDO personnel are
required to submit their 2017 IPCRF on or before
Friday. you are thus requested to submit your
IPCRF on or before Thursday.
