How to win with our


princess:
Let me just start off saying: the key to using
Odette relies heavily on your ability to play in a
team and your teams comp.

Odette has low mobility and her overall combo


damage is not as overwhelming as the other
mages. Her ultimate can be cancelled easily by
you or your enemies. This prompts us to work
with an ally/allies. The trick is to have the tanks and the warriors absorb all the Crowd Control skills
(stuns, ults, silences, freezes, binds, etc.) that the enemy team throws out during a clash. Meanwhile,
you should constantly spam your skills and passive while repositioning out of harms way. Select the
perfect opportunity to cast your ultimate. The best time to cast your ultimate is when the enemy
team is all grouped together amd either of these conditions are met: 1 after theyve used their CC, 2
after your team has used your CC, 3 youre 100% sure your ult can either save your team or delete their
team.

BASIC COMBOS:

Kite/Poke: 1 - AA - 2 - AA - 1 - AA
Your passive lets your auto attacks hit multiple enemies after every spell you cast.

This is an excellent way to clear the lane while eating at your enemy laners health without risking or
overextending.

Going for the kill: 1 - AA - 2 - ULT - (if enemy is still alive) 1 - AA

1. Moving or casting other abilities will cancel your ultimate.

FARMING WITH ODETTE
Its obvious that Odettes best farming method
should be laning.

Using the first combo clears the wave instantly,


leaving you time to visit the midlane or help your
partner with the jungle. Never hesitate to use
mana (unless youre about to gank or clash).

The trick is to always rotate. Try not to miss a lane


of creeps.

In the picture to the right, I have demonstrated


how to clear a wave using the second skill.

ITEM BUILDS:
As any good player should do, you must
build around what your team needs.
Builds should be flexible and you must
adapt to your enemies comp as well.
I find myself mostly ending with my AD
burst build in most games.
CORE
Lightning truncheon helps with wave
clear as well as hero damage. Youll also
need the 30 mana regen
Magic shoes for cooldown
Concentrated Energy for the spell vamp
The fourth slot is usually a flex slot,
dedicated to utility.
Glowing wand melts high HP heroes
Necklace of durance limits heroes with
high regen and lifesteal
Disaster truncheon is great against
enemy mages
The fifth and sixth slot should be items that have high magic or magic penetration
